Cold Solutions (ProBox) Frequently Asked Questions
This update will only work if you already have the Cold Solutions, Release 3.2 software. Contact your Sales Representative.
The file below is self-extracting and will extract the zipped update files into the default folder - C:\heatcraft\data\
If you specified a different folder than "heatcraft" when you installed the software, you need to change the destination folder before extracting the files.

Installation Instructions: (Steps 1 through 6)
After the files have been unzipped and extracted into the appropriate folder, you will need to reload your select brand pricing.
- Run the Cold Solutions 3.2 (ProBox) program.
- Under Help on the menu bar, select StartUp Form.
- Check the "Allow changes on restart" checkbox in the lower right corner.
- Click on the Exit button and then exit the entire program.
- Upon restart, you will still get the past due notice followed by the StartUp form.
- Select your desired brand name and click Load to load the new pricing file.
You have now updated the prices in this program for 2008.
